ARM services must not be used for:
- Any activity that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, the Electronic Transactions Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.
- Collecting or processing personal data without a legal basis or without consent where required.
- Sending unsolicited marketing or fraudulent messages through messaging tools or email.
- Uploading or publishing offensive or unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- Fake or misleading bookings or transactions.
2. System security
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or other customers’ data.
- Do not run penetration tests, load tests or vulnerability scans without ARM’s written permission.
- Do not upload malware or bypass usage limits or security controls.
- Do not share logins; each user needs their own account.
To report a security issue in good faith, email support@armtrips.com. We will not take action against anyone who reports responsibly.
3. Fair use
Bookings are unlimited on all packages within normal travel-agency use. If unusual usage (such as heavy automated calls) affects service for others, we will contact you to agree a solution before taking any action.
4. Enforcement
If this policy is breached, we may ask for the issue to be fixed, suspend the account concerned, or end the service in serious cases under the Terms and Conditions, and may inform the competent authorities where the law requires.
