1. Scope
This policy applies to ARM ERP subscriptions and add-ons bought through armtrips.com or under a written ARM offer, and should be read with the Terms and Conditions.
2. Before your workspace is activated
You can cancel your request at any time before your workspace is activated, and we refund the full amount paid.
If we decline a subscription request for any reason, we refund the full amount received.
3. After your workspace is activated
- Monthly subscriptions: the current month is not refunded. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the service stays available until the end of the paid month.
- Yearly subscriptions: you can cancel within 7 days of activation for a full refund. After that, the remaining period is not refunded and the service stays available until the end of the paid year.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
- An upgrade takes effect once payment is confirmed; we invoice the price difference for the rest of the current period.
- A downgrade takes effect from the next renewal and does not create a refund for the current period.
5. Non-refundable items
- Setup, training and data migration services once delivered.
- Development and customization work once started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Consumed third-party charges, such as messaging and payment gateway fees.
6. If we cannot provide the service
If we cannot provide the service for a reason attributable to us and do not fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, you may choose a pro-rata refund for the unused remaining period or a credit of the same value.
7. How to request
Email accounts@armtrips.com with your company name, request or invoice number and the reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and give you a decision within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are paid within 14 business days to the bank account the payment came from, or by the original payment method, with a credit note issued under VAT requirements.
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any statutory rights, including those under the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations where they apply.
